*INVESTMENT PROJECT of a "FINCA" with WINE CELLAR and CORTIJO of 156 hectares in BULLAS (MURCIA)* . 
The estate is a real jewel; it is mainly located in the municipality of Cehegín and Bullas, between the Sierra de Los Ceperos and the Sierra de Lavia, next to the Bodegas de Hydria and Bodegas de Lavia. The farmhouse and winery  is located approximately 12 km from the town of Bullas.
The estate was a wine producer, the vines can be recovered and in a couple of years give production. The wine cellar conserves the French and German oak barrels, a real spectacle.

The Sierra de los Ceperos is a small mountain range in the Region of Murcia, to the south of the municipalities of Cehegín and Bullas and to the north of the Pedanías Altas de Lorca. This mountain range is surrounded by the mountain ranges of Burete, Lavia and Cambrón, surrounded by pine forests and holm oaks. It is possible to see fauna native to the area such as the eagle owl and the mountain goat.
