Peraleja Golf
Peraleja golf is a 24 hour manned gated community and situated to the nearby towns of Avelesis and Sucina with all their available amenities.
Peraleja was built as a bespoke golf resort with contemporary villas selling originally for up to a million euros, but due to the financial crash only 120 properties of the planned 1200 were completed on the resort, a developer has now invested in the resort to complete a large number of the unfinished properties so it is a great opportunity to buy and invest in an upcoming development.
The resort has a Seve Ballesteros designed 18 hole golf course which is currently closed but will hopefully benefit from an investor to bring it back to its former glory. Corvera airport is a 20 minute drive and Alicante airport is a 1 hour drive, the beaches of Los Alcazares, San Javier and Santiago de la Ribera are a 20 minute drive so it is ideally situated to explore the region.
