We are a property finding agency; based in Murcia one of the most up and coming areas on the Costa Calida.

Our mission is to assist our clients to find their dream home in Spain at an affordable price. We act as agents for some of Spain’s largest banks, and have access to some great deals at this present time.

The team consists of 4 expats who live in the area and have a wide range of experience, knowledge and contacts to help find you the perfect property. We take great pride on matching properties with our clients needs and budget. Saving you the hard work in trying to search multiple websites. As property finders we will do the work for you. We will put you in touch with properties direct from the banks as well as collaborating properties from other agents.

How does it work?

Tired of browsing the internet searching for properties? Let us do the work for you and try to find the perfect property. We will endeavour to search for your requirements within your budget and provide you with a list of available properties for your consideration.

Once we have helped you find the property of your dreams, we can arrange a physical or online viewing. All our viewing trips are bespoke, and we can help with arranging flights, transfers and accommodation. We provide one to one escorted viewings in a non pressured environment with the bank or agent.

In the event that we don’t find that dream property, there are no charges or fees. If you do purchase a property, our commission is paid by the seller.
